Introduction

Harmony XB5 pilot light head, metal, blue. For panel cutout of pushbuttons, switches and pilot lights (finished cutout, ready to mount), connectable via screw clamp terminals, plug-in connectors, or on PCB.

• Diameter on finished panel or support.
• For selector switches and emergency stop pushbuttons, anti-rotation plate type ZB5AZ902 is recommended.
• Recommended diameter: 22.5mm (22.3mm, tolerance +0.4mm) / 0.89 in (0.88 in, tolerance +0.016 in). PCB-connected pushbuttons, switches and pilot lights:
• A: 30mm min / 1.18 in min.
• B: 40mm min / 1.57 in min. PCB cutout dimensions (viewed from electrical module side):
• In mm: A min 30mm, B min 40mm.
• In inches: A min 1.18 in, B min 1.57 in. General tolerances for panel and PCB: cumulative tolerance must not exceed 0.3mm / 0.012 in, i.e., T1 + T2 max 0.3mm. Mounting notes:
• Minimum board thickness: 1.6mm / 0.06 in.
• Cutout diameter: 22.4mm ± 0.1mm / 0.88 in ± 0.004 in.
• Orientation of body/fixing ring ZB5AZ009: ±2°30′ (excluding cutouts marked a and b).
• Tightening torque of screw ZBZ006: 0.6N·m max (5.3 lbf·in).
• Allow one ZB5AZ079 fixing ring/pillar with its fixing screw per 90mm / 3.54 in horizontal (X) and 120mm / 4.72 in vertical (Y). Per selector switch head (ZB5AD•, ZB5AJ•, ZB5AG•). Mounting of adapter (socket) ZBZ01•:
• 1 — 2 elongated holes for ZBZ006 screw operation.
• 2 — 2 holes, diameter 2.4mm ± 0.05mm / 0.09 in ± 0.002 in, for centering adapter ZBZ01•.
• 3 — 8 × diameter 1.2mm / 0.05 in holes.
• 4 — 2 holes, diameter 2.9mm ± 0.05mm / 0.11 in ± 0.002 in, for PCB alignment (with cutouts marked a).
• 5 — elongated holes for PCB alignment (with cutouts marked b).
• 6 — 2 holes, diameter 2.4mm / 0.09 in, for snap-fitting adapter ZBZ01•. Electrical composition for codes P1, P3, PF1, PR1 and PF2: lamp module. Electrical composition for code P4. Legend: single contact, double contact, lamp module, possible positions.
