Introduction
This white surface mount LED features a standard package size of 5.6×3.0×0.9mm. It has a substrate consisting of a molded plastic reflector mounted on top of a lead frame. The chip is mounted within the reflector cavity, which is encapsulated with silicone. The package design, combined with carefully selected component materials, gives these products high reliability.
