Introduction
Broadcom ASMB-LTC3 is a tri-color LED in a PLCC-4 package measuring 2.1 mm × 2.1 mm. The all-black body package helps further enhance display contrast, making it suitable for indoor full-color signage applications. The LED is supplied in tape and reel packaging for ease of pick-and-place assembly. Each reel is shipped in a single bin of luminous intensity and color tolerance to ensure consistency.
