Introduction

Broadcom® CSMM-CWG3 surface mount LEDs utilize InGaN chip technology and superior package design to achieve enhanced light output performance. They dissipate heat more effectively, delivering improved performance with higher reliability. These LEDs operate across a wide range of environmental conditions and are suited for diverse applications. For ease of pick-and-place assembly, the LEDs are supplied in tape and reel packaging. Each reel is shipped in a single bin of luminous intensity and chromaticity to ensure a high degree of consistency.
