Introduction

The HSMx-C280 ChipLED is designed in the industry-standard 0402 (1.0×0.5 mm) package. Its extremely compact form factor, with a height of only 0.4 mm, makes it ideal for portable handheld devices where space is at a premium. Available in six colors: green, red, yellow, amber, and deep red. All devices except red are binned by color and luminous intensity. They are packaged in 8 mm tape on 7-inch diameter reels with 4000 units per reel, compatible with automated pick-and-place assembly.
