Introduction

This series of SMT LEDs adopts the industry-standard PLCC-2 package. These LEDs offer high reliability and are designed to operate under various environmental conditions. This high-reliability characteristic makes them well-suited for use in demanding automotive interior and indoor signage applications. For ease of pick-and-place assembly, the LEDs are packaged on EIA-standard carrier tape and reels. Except for red, each reel will be shipped binned to a single luminous intensity and color to ensure high consistency. These LEDs are compatible with IR reflow soldering processes. Due to their high reliability, they can also be mounted using through-hole wave soldering. The 120° ultra-wide viewing angle makes them ideal for panel, button, or general backlighting applications in automotive interiors, office equipment, industrial equipment, and home appliances. The flat top-emitting surface allows easy integration with light pipes. The built-in reflector enhances light output intensity, making them also suitable as LED pixels for indoor electronic signage.
