Introduction
These chip-type LEDs utilize aluminum indium gallium phosphide (AlInGaP) material technology, delivering exceptionally high luminous efficiency and high light output. These chip LEDs are available in top-mount top-emitting, top-mount side-emitting, or reverse-mount top-emitting packages. All packages are binned by color and luminous intensity. For ease of pick-and-place operations, these chip LEDs are shipped in tape-and-reel packaging. These packages are compatible with reflow soldering processes.
