Introduction

Light Avenue's Mini BeamLED series is designed for high-intensity and high-temperature applications. Due to its unique form factor, this LED achieves more than 60% higher efficiency compared to conventional LEDs with the same emission angle. The integrated optics based on total internal reflection (TIR) principle minimizes light loss at emission angles where illumination is not required. A special thermoplastic material is used, allowing junction temperatures up to 140°C.
