Introduction

A wide range of discrete infrared components for remote control, IR wireless data transmission, security alarm, and other applications. Customers require IR solutions with high power, high speed, and wide viewing angles. The product line includes GaAs 940nm IR emitting diodes, AlGaAs high-speed 850nm IR emitting diodes, PIN photodiodes, and phototransistors. Photodiodes and phototransistors are available with optical filters to reduce visible light noise in sensing applications, achieving a high signal-to-noise ratio.
