Introduction

The LS-0405 series are indium gallium nitride (InGaN) UV LEDs with a peak wavelength of 405nm. Available in both TO-46 lens cap and TO-46 ball top packages. These LEDs offer long service life and are more environmentally friendly than conventional mercury UV lamps.
