Introduction

Broadcom's high-power infrared LEDs are available in 850nm and 940nm peak wavelength ranges, suitable for specific applications such as infrared illumination, surveillance systems, CCTV, and gesture recognition. These high-power infrared LEDs feature a 3.85mm×3.85mm SMT platform package with 90° and 150° lens optics options for a variety of applications. The package is compatible with reflow soldering processes. For ease of pick-and-place assembly, the LEDs are supplied in tape-and-reel packaging.
