Introduction

As part of the SurfLight™ product portfolio, the VSMY98575ADS is an 850nm infrared emitting diode based on surface-emitting technology, featuring high radiant power and high speed in a low thermal resistance SMD package with lens. The 42-mil chip delivers excellent radiant intensity, allowing the device to operate at DC currents up to 1A. An integrated Zener diode ensures superior ESD characteristics.
