Introduction

Broadcom's high-power infrared LEDs feature peak wavelength ranges of 855nm and 945nm, designed for specific applications such as infrared illumination, surveillance systems, CCTV, and gesture recognition. These high-power infrared LEDs adopt a 3.45mm×3.45mm SMT platform package, with lens optical viewing angles of 80° and 140° available for various applications. The package is compatible with reflow soldering processes. For ease of pick-and-place assembly, the LEDs are supplied in tape-and-reel packaging.
