These 3535 surface-mount UV LEDs are high-efficiency devices capable of operating at high drive currents with effective heat dissipation, delivering more reliable performance. The slim package design accommodates a wide range of applications requiring exceptional ruggedness and high efficiency. In addition to reflow soldering compatibility, the silicone encapsulant ensures superior performance and long service life. The LEDs are supplied in tape-and-reel packaging for ease of pick-and-place assembly. Each reel is shipped in a single flux and color bin to ensure a high level of consistency.
