Bivar UV3TZ-XXX-XX narrow-tolerance UV LEDs feature peak wavelengths in the ideal range of 385 to 405nm with a tolerance of ±2.5nm. These UV LEDs also incorporate a built-in Zener diode for ESD protection circuitry.
