Broadcom HLMP-Q800/Q800-000xx features an AlGaAs die mounted on an axial lead frame, forming a molded epoxy subminiature lamp. This 2mm dome emitter is available with straight lead, gull-wing lead, and Z-bend lead options, facilitating industry-standard automated machine assembly. Its 880nm peak wavelength makes it well-suited for applications such as smart meters, light curtains in industrial automation, particle sensors, and remote controls in home applications.
