Introduction
The VLMU3100 series adopts a PLCC-2 package. It consists of a lead frame embedded in white thermoplastic. The reflector within the package is filled with transparent silicone, ensuring a long service life. The viewing angle is 120°, and the package dimensions are 3.2mm × 2.8mm × 1.9mm.
