Introduction

The LTS-2X01A, LTD-2000, and LTC-2000 series are 0.28 inch (7.0mm) high single, dual, triple, and quad-digit numeric display modules. The AlGaAs red seven-segment displays are designed for applications requiring low power consumption. They are tested and screened for superior low-current characteristics to ensure segment matching at low currents. Per-segment drive current can be as low as 1mA. AlGaAs red series devices use AlGaAs LED dies fabricated on non-transparent GaAs substrates. Bright red and green series devices use GaP LED dies fabricated on transparent GaP substrates. Yellow and red-orange series devices use GaAsP LED dies fabricated on transparent GaP substrates. All devices feature a gray face with white segments.
