Introduction
LTC-2623JD is a 0.28-inch (7.0mm) digit height four-digit seven-segment display. The device features AlInGaP high-efficiency red LED dies fabricated from AlInGaP on a transparent GaAs substrate, with a gray surface and white segments. This low-current seven-segment display is designed for low-power operation. It has been tested and screened for excellent low-current characteristics. It can be driven under low-current conditions with well-matched segments. A per-segment drive current as low as 1mA is sufficient for operation.
