• Recommended storage conditions: maximum 60%RH humidity, temperature 5℃~40℃ (41°F~105°F)
• Shelf life in sealed bag: 3 months at temperature below 40℃ and humidity 90%RH
• Lead forming must be completed before soldering; avoid forming during or after soldering
• Avoid applying any stress to the resin to prevent epoxy cracking and bond wire damage
• During forming, use a lead cutter or similar tool to hold or bend the leads
• Minimum distance from the resin base to the lead bend point: 2mm
• Avoid bending leads multiple times at the same point
• Do not apply stress to leads while heating, as this may cause disconnection
• When mounting LEDs onto PCB, carefully align the pitch to avoid applying stress to the leads
• SMD LEDs and displays should be mounted with electrode orientation perpendicular to the PCB bending direction
• Do not bend the PCB after soldering
• Avoid cleaning LEDs with unspecified chemical solvents such as trichloroethylene, chlorothene, acetone, and Difluron S3MC
• If cleaning is required, any cleaning method should only be performed at room temperature for no more than 1 minute
• Exercise special caution when cleaning with chemicals, as some chemicals may damage the epoxy surface
