• Wave soldering peak temperature between 245℃ and 225℃ for 3 seconds (5 seconds maximum)

• Basic specification at 260℃: ≤4 seconds. At higher temperatures, duration should be shorter (reduce by 1 second per 10℃ increase). Soldering iron power should be less than 15W with controllable temperature. Device surface temperature should be below 230℃
• Rework must be completed by customer at 350℃ within ≤3 seconds. Soldering iron tip must not contact copper foil
