Features

• Forward voltage V_F: At room temperature (25±3℃), apply the specified forward DC current I_F to each segment of the display, then measure V_F using a multimeter of appropriate accuracy
• Reverse current I_R: At room temperature (25±3℃), apply the specified reverse DC voltage V_R to each segment of the display, then measure I_R using an ammeter of appropriate accuracy
• Unspecified dimensional tolerance: X±0.2mm
• Optimal storage temperature for numeric displays: 5~30℃, humidity 40%–70%. All numeric displays must be stored in sealed packaging. Units stored over 3 months require re-testing before use; units stored over 6 months require dehumidification at 85℃ for 6 hours followed by re-testing — only units that pass may be put into production. Post-assembly inventory must not exceed 6 months
• During wave soldering, temperature must not exceed 260℃ and duration must not exceed 5 seconds
• For manual soldering, the soldering point must be at least 1.6mm from the product body. Soldering iron power must be below 30W, temperature must not exceed 300℃, and duration must not exceed 3 seconds
• Die ESD withstand voltage: 2000V. Reverse voltage must not be applied during operation
• When multiple products share a single board or are used together in a system, color consistency must be noted and communicated to the development team during the design phase
