Introduction

LAP-401D/N Series are digital display units featuring ROHM's proprietary 4-element (AlGaInP) high-brightness LED chips. Their luminous intensity ranks among the highest in the industry, with exceptionally slow luminous decay, helping to maintain vivid illumination and a high-quality equipment appearance over extended periods.

Features

Single-digit LED numeric display with a character height of 10.16mm.
Uses 4-element LED die with luminous intensity approximately 10x that of conventional products (in orange).
Achieves the same luminous intensity as conventional products at 1/10 the current, contributing to equipment energy savings.
Inter-segment light leakage, which may occur in small-sized display packages, is extremely rare.
Available in both common anode and common cathode types for each color.
