• Recommended storage conditions: humidity ≤ 60% RH; temperature: 5℃~40℃ (41°F~105°F)
• Shelf life in sealed bag: 3 months at temperature below 40℃ and 90% RH
• Any lead forming must be completed prior to soldering, not during or after
• Avoid applying any stress to the resin to prevent epoxy cracking and bond wire damage
• During forming, use a lead cutter or similar tool to hold or bend leads
• Minimum distance from the resin base to the lead bend point: 2mm
• Avoid bending leads twice or more at the same point
• Do not apply stress to leads while heating, as this may cause disconnection
• When mounting LEDs onto PCB, align the pitch carefully to avoid any stress on the leads
• SMD LEDs and displays should be oriented (electrode direction) perpendicular to the PCB bending direction
• Do not bend the PCB after soldering
• Avoid cleaning LEDs with any unspecified chemical solvents such as trichloroethylene, chlorothene, acetone, and Difluron S3MC
• If cleaning is necessary, any cleaning method should only be performed at room temperature for no more than 1 minute
• Exercise special caution when cleaning with any chemicals, as some may damage the epoxy surface
