Introduction
The LA-401D/N series was developed in response to demand for compact single-digit LED numeric displays. The light-emitting materials are GaAsP on GaP, AlGaInP, and GaP. This is a single-digit LED numeric display with a character height of 10.16mm in an epoxy resin package.
