Introduction

T68 is an intelligent externally-controlled LED light source with integrated control and illumination circuits. It shares the same form factor as a 3528 LED, with each component serving as a single pixel. Each pixel incorporates a smart digital interface with data latching, signal reshaping and amplification drive circuitry, power regulation, built-in constant current circuit, and a high-precision RC oscillator. The output drive employs patented PWM technology to ensure consistent color output across pixels. Communication uses a unipolar return-to-zero code protocol. After power-on reset, the DIN pin receives data transmitted from the controller. The first 24 bits are extracted and latched by the first pixel; the remaining data is reshaped and amplified internally, then forwarded via the DO pin to the next cascaded pixel — with each pixel reducing the signal by 24 bits. The LED offers low-voltage drive, eco-friendly energy efficiency, high brightness, wide scattering angle, excellent consistency, ultra-low power consumption, and extended lifespan. Integrating the control circuit directly onto the LED simplifies the overall circuit, reduces footprint, and eases installation.
