Introduction

T74 is an intelligent externally-controlled LED light source with integrated control circuitry and illumination circuitry. Its dimensions are 5.0×5.4×1.6 mm, identical to a standard 5050 LED, with each component serving as an individual pixel. The pixel integrates an intelligent digital interface with data latching, signal reshaping and amplification drive circuitry, power regulation circuitry, built-in constant current circuitry, and a high-precision RC oscillator. The output drive employs patented PWM technology to effectively ensure color consistency within each pixel. The data protocol uses unipolar return-to-zero (RZ) communication. After power-on reset, the DIN pin receives data from the controller. The first 24 bits received are extracted and latched by the first pixel; the remaining data is reshaped and amplified internally, then forwarded via the DO port to the next cascaded pixel. Each pixel reduces the signal by 24 bits. This LED offers the advantages of low-voltage drive, environmental friendliness, high brightness, wide scattering angle, excellent consistency, ultra-low power consumption, and ultra-long lifespan. Integrating the control circuitry directly onto the LED results in a simpler overall circuit, a smaller footprint, and easier installation.
