Introduction

T75 is an intelligent externally-controlled LED light source integrating control circuitry and illumination circuitry, with dimensions of 5.0×5.4×1.6mm — identical to the 5050 LED package — where each component forms a single pixel. Each pixel integrates an intelligent digital interface with data latching, signal reshaping, amplification drive circuitry, power regulation circuitry, built-in constant current circuitry, and a high-precision RC oscillator. The output drive employs patented PWM technology to ensure high color and brightness consistency within each pixel. The data protocol uses unipolar return-to-zero (RZ) communication. After power-on reset, each pixel receives data from the controller via the DIN pin; the first 24 bits received are extracted and latched by the first pixel, while the remaining data is reshaped and amplified internally, then forwarded to the next cascaded pixel via the DO pin — with each pixel consuming 24 bits from the data stream. This LED light source offers advantages including low-voltage drive, energy efficiency, high brightness, wide dispersion angle, excellent consistency, ultra-low power consumption, and exceptionally long lifespan. Integrating the control circuitry directly onto the LED results in a simpler circuit, smaller footprint, and easier installation.
