Introduction

The T63 is an intelligent externally-controlled LED light source with integrated control and illumination circuitry. It shares the same form factor as the 2017 LED package, with each component functioning as a single pixel. Each pixel integrates an intelligent digital interface with data latching, signal reshaping and amplification drive circuitry, power regulation circuitry, built-in constant current circuitry, and a high-precision RC oscillator. The output drive employs patented PWM technology to ensure consistent color output across pixels. Data transmission uses a unipolar return-to-zero (RZ) communication protocol. After power-on reset, the DIN pin receives data from the controller; the first 24 bits are captured and stored in the internal data latch of the first pixel, while the remaining data is reshaped and amplified by the internal signal conditioning circuitry, then forwarded via the DO pin to the next cascaded pixel — each pixel in the chain extracts 24 bits from the data stream. This LED offers low-voltage drive, environmental friendliness, high brightness, wide dispersion angle, excellent consistency, ultra-low power consumption, and an ultra-long lifespan. Integrating the control circuitry directly into the LED results in a simpler circuit, smaller footprint, and easier installation.
