Introduction

WS2813C-2020 is an intelligent control LED light source featuring the latest molded packaging technology, integrating the control circuit and RGB chip within a single 2020-size package. It incorporates an intelligent digital port data latch, signal reshaping amplification drive circuit, precision internal oscillator, and programmable constant current control section, ensuring highly consistent luminous color across all pixels. The dual-signal-line design supports signal breakpoint resumption, so a fault in any single pixel does not affect signal transmission or the overall lighting effect. The data transfer protocol uses single-wire NZR communication. Upon power-on reset, the DIN port receives data from the controller; the first pixel extracts the initial 24 bits and latches them into its internal data register, while the remaining data is processed by the internal signal reshaping amplification circuit and forwarded via the DO port to the next cascaded pixel. Each pixel transmission reduces the signal by 24 bits. The automatic reshaping and forwarding technology eliminates cascade quantity limitations due to signal transmission, with the only constraint being signal transmission speed. The reset time is greater than 280μs, preventing false resets during interrupts and supporting low-frequency, cost-effective MCUs. The refresh rate is increased to 2KHz, eliminating low-frame-rate flicker under high-definition camera capture for superior display performance. This LED offers low drive voltage, eco-friendly energy efficiency, high brightness, wide scattering angle, excellent consistency, low power consumption, and long lifespan. The control chip is integrated directly onto the LED, resulting in a simpler circuit, smaller footprint, and easier installation.
