Introduction

The GLK24064R-25-1U/GLT24064R-1U is an intelligent graphic LCD designed to quickly and easily add elegant creativity to any application. In addition to the RS232, TTL, and I²C protocols available in the standard model, USB and RS422 communication variants allow the GLK24064R-25-1U/GLT24064R-1U to connect to a wide range of host controllers. Serial protocol communication speeds up to 115.2kbps and I²C protocol speeds up to 100kbps ensure fast text and graphic display. A simple command structure allows easy software control of backlight brightness, screen contrast, baud rate, and more. On-board memory provides 256KB of customizable fonts and bitmaps to enhance the graphical user experience. The GLK24064R-25-1U supports input via a 5×5 matrix keypad, while the GLT24064R-1U supports input via a resistive touch overlay. Each model features six general-purpose outputs providing simple switchable 5V power. Additionally, a versatile Dallas One-Wire interface supports communication with up to 32 devices. The display is available in multiple color, voltage, and temperature options, making it suitable for virtually any application.
