Introduction

HS12232-3 is a graphic dot matrix LCD, consisting of 2 cascaded SED1520 (or compatible) controllers/drivers for a 122×32 dot matrix LCD. It supports graphic display as well as seven and a half (16×16 dot matrix) Chinese character display. Main technical specifications and features are as follows:
