OPV314AT and OPV314BT are high-performance 850nm VCSELs packaged for high-speed communication links. OPV314AT and OPV314BT combine all the performance advantages of VCSELs with an integrated power monitor diode for precise optical power control.

OPV314YAT and OPV314YBT are electrically and optically identical, differing only in pin assignment. Please refer to the mechanical drawings for details.

The product features high speed, high output power, and a concentric beam profile, making it an ideal transmitter for integration into various data communication equipment.
