Introduction

This Dell 407-BBRM compatible SFP+ optical transceiver delivers 10GBase-SR throughput, supporting transmission distances up to 300m over multimode fiber (MMF) at an 850nm wavelength, with LC connectors. The transceiver is guaranteed 100% compatible with the equivalent Dell optical transceiver. This easy-to-install, hot-pluggable transceiver has been programmed, uniquely serialized, and tested for data traffic and application performance to ensure proper initialization and equivalent performance. Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) functionality is also integrated, allowing access to real-time operating parameters. This transceiver complies with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA), and ProLabs transceivers are RoHS-compliant and lead-free.
