Introduction

This Dell 407-BCSR compatible SFP+ optical module delivers 10GBase-SR throughput over multimode fiber (MMF) using an 850nm wavelength and LC connectors at distances up to 300 meters. It is guaranteed to be 100% compatible with the equivalent Dell optical module. This easy-to-install, hot-pluggable optical module is programmed with a unique serial number and has been tested with data traffic and applications to ensure consistent initialization and performance. Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) functionality is also integrated, providing access to real-time operating parameters. This optical module complies with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA). ProLabs optical modules are RoHS compliant and lead-free.
