Introduction
This 849443-B21 compatible QSFP28 optical module delivers 100GBase-SR4 throughput over OM4 multimode fiber (MMF) using an 850nm wavelength MPO connector with a maximum transmission distance of 100 meters. The module is guaranteed 100% compatible with the equivalent HP optical module. This easy-to-install, hot-pluggable module is programmed, uniquely serialized, and tested with data traffic and application testing to ensure consistent initialization and performance. Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) functionality is also present, allowing access to real-time operating parameters. This module complies with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA). ProLabs optical modules are RoHS compliant and lead-free.
