This HP AW538A compatible SFP+ optical transceiver delivers 8GBase-LW Fibre Channel throughput, supporting transmission distances up to 25km over single-mode fiber (SMF) at a 1310nm wavelength, with LC connectors. The product is guaranteed to be 100% compatible with equivalent HP optical transceivers. This easy-to-install, hot-pluggable optical transceiver has been programmed, uniquely serialized, and tested for data traffic and application performance to ensure it initializes and performs identical functions. It is manufactured to meet or exceed HP specifications and complies with MSA standards for seamless network integration. This optical transceiver is compliant with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA). ProLabs optical transceivers are RoHS compliant and lead-free.
