This Ciena B-730-0005-030 compatible SFP transceiver delivers 1000Base-DWDM throughput up to 80km over single-mode fiber (SMF), operating at a wavelength of 1553.33nm and transmitting via LC connectors. The product is guaranteed to be fully compatible with equivalent Ciena optical transceivers. This easy-to-install, hot-pluggable transceiver is programmed and uniquely serialized, tested with data traffic and application testing to ensure consistent initialization and performance. Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) functionality is also present, allowing access to real-time operating parameters. This transceiver complies with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA). ProLabs transceivers are RoHS compliant and lead-free.
