Introduction

This SFP transceiver, compatible with Brocade (Formerly) E1MG-CWDM40-1590, delivers 1000Base-CWDM throughput over SMF using an LC connector at a 1590nm wavelength, with a maximum reach of 40km. The transceiver is guaranteed to be 100% compatible with the equivalent Brocade (Formerly) transceiver. This easy-to-install, hot-pluggable transceiver has been programmed, uniquely serialized, and tested for data traffic and applications to ensure it initializes and performs the same functions. DOM functionality is also integrated, allowing access to real-time operating parameters. This transceiver is TAA compliant, and ProLabs transceivers are RoHS compliant and lead-free.
