Introduction
This Sixnet GMFIBER-BXU-40 compatible XFP transceiver delivers 10GBase-BX Ethernet transmission over single-mode fiber (SMF) at distances up to 40km, using an LC connector with 1270nm Tx/1330nm Rx wavelengths. The product is guaranteed 100% compatible with original Sixnet transceivers. This easy-to-install, hot-pluggable transceiver is programmed and uniquely serialized, and has been tested with data traffic and application testing to ensure consistent initialization and performance. Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) is also supported, providing access to real-time operating parameters. This transceiver complies with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA). ProLabs transceivers are RoHS-compliant and lead-free.
