Introduction

This Sixnet GMFIBER-BXU-80 compatible XFP optical transceiver delivers 10GBase-BX Ethernet transmission over single-mode fiber (SMF) at distances up to 80km, operating at 1490nm Tx/1550nm Rx wavelengths via an LC connector. The product is guaranteed to be 100% compatible with the original Sixnet optical module. This easy-to-install, hot-pluggable transceiver has been programmed, uniquely serialized, and tested for data traffic and application performance to ensure proper initialization and consistent operation. Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) functionality is also integrated, enabling access to real-time operating parameters. The product is TAA compliant, and ProLabs optical transceivers are RoHS compliant and lead-free.
