Introduction

This HP JG232A compatible XFP transceiver delivers 10GBase-DWDM throughput, supporting transmission distances up to 80km over single-mode fiber (SMF) using a 1559.79nm wavelength, with an LC connector. The product is guaranteed to be 100% compatible with the equivalent HP optical transceiver. This easy-to-install, hot-pluggable transceiver has been programmed, uniquely serialized, and tested with data traffic and applications to ensure it initializes and performs the same functions. Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) functionality is also integrated, allowing access to real-time operating parameters. This transceiver complies with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA). ProLabs transceivers are RoHS compliant and lead-free.
