Introduction

This Ciena NTK585DJ compatible SFP transceiver delivers OC-48 (2488Mbps) transmission over single-mode fiber (SMF) at a 1560.61nm wavelength, using an LC connector for reaches up to 120km. The module is guaranteed 100% compatible with the equivalent Ciena optical transceiver. This easy-to-install, hot-pluggable transceiver has been programmed, uniquely serialized, and tested with live traffic and application testing to ensure proper initialization and consistent performance. Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) is integrated, providing access to real-time operating parameters. This transceiver is compliant with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA).
