Introduction

This Cisco ONS-SC-2G-53.3 compatible SFP transceiver delivers OC-48 (2488Mbps) transmission rates, supporting up to 80km transmission over single-mode fiber via LC connector at a wavelength of 1553.33nm. It guarantees 100% compatibility with equivalent Cisco optical transceivers. This easy-to-install, hot-pluggable transceiver has been programmed, uniquely serialized, and tested with data traffic and applications to ensure proper initialization and identical functionality. Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) capability is also present, allowing access to real-time operating parameters. This transceiver complies with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA). ProLabs transceivers are RoHS compliant and lead-free.
