Introduction

This SFP+ transceiver, compatible with Brocade XBR-000174, delivers 8GBase-LW Fibre Channel throughput over distances up to 80km using single-mode fiber (SMF) at a 1550nm wavelength via LC connectors. It is guaranteed 100% compatible with equivalent Brocade transceivers. This easy-to-install, hot-pluggable transceiver is programmed, uniquely serialized, and tested for data traffic and application performance to ensure consistent initialization and operation. DOM is also supported for access to real-time operating parameters. This transceiver complies with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA).
