Introduction
This XFP transceiver, compatible with the Ciena XCVR-040V55, uses an LC connector with a 1310nm wavelength single-mode fiber (SMF) to deliver 10GBase-I2 throughput over distances of up to 40km. It is guaranteed to be 100% compatible with equivalent Ciena transceivers. This easy-to-install, hot-pluggable transceiver is programmed, uniquely serialized, and tested for data traffic and application performance to ensure consistent initialization and operation. DOM is also supported, providing access to real-time operating parameters. This transceiver complies with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA).
