Introduction

This SFP transceiver, compatible with Ciena XCVR-A40U31, delivers 1000Base-BX transmission throughput up to 40km over SMF via LC connector, using a 1310nm TX / 1490nm RX wavelength. It is guaranteed 100% compatible with equivalent Ciena transceivers. This easy-to-install, hot-pluggable transceiver is programmed, uniquely serialized, and tested for data traffic and applications to ensure consistent initialization and performance. It also features DOM functionality for access to real-time operating parameters. This transceiver is TAA compliant.
