Introduction

This SFP transceiver, compatible with the Ciena XCVR-A80D55, delivers 1000Base-CWDM throughput over single-mode fiber (SMF) at a 1550nm wavelength via LC connectors, with a reach of up to 80km. It is guaranteed 100% compatible with equivalent Ciena transceivers. This easy-to-install, hot-pluggable transceiver is programmed, uniquely serialized, and tested for data traffic and application performance to ensure consistent initialization and operation. It also features digital optical monitoring (DOM) for access to real-time operating parameters. This transceiver is compliant with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA).
