Introduction

The NRS1413xx series 850nm multimode fiber transmitters can be paired with multiple 850nm multimode fiber receivers — NRS2412xx, NRS2418xx, or NRS2416xx — to provide high-performance, cost-effective fiber optic communication links for industrial, power generation, medical, and transportation applications. The NRS1413xx supports the industry-standard ST fiber interface, available with threaded and metal connector options, and is compatible with various multimode fiber core diameters including 50/125μm, 62.5/125μm, 100/140μm, and 200μm. The NRS1413xx is packaged with a VCSEL chip featuring a peak wavelength of 850nm, delivering a typical optical output power of -12dBm when driven at 6mA current with a 62.5/125μm core diameter 850nm multimode fiber.
