Introduction

The FOD8332 is an advanced 2.5 A output current IGBT gate drive optocoupler capable of driving medium-power IGBTs rated up to 1,200 V and 150 A. It is suitable for fast-switching drive applications of power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in motor control inverter applications and high-performance power supply systems. The FOD8332 provides essential protection features to prevent fault conditions, ensuring that IGBTs are not damaged due to overheating.
